The Senior Source provides programs that assist mature adults and their families, and coordinate volunteers of all age groups in the greater Dallas area. How do we do it? We counsel and provide information about caring for aging adults. Advocate for nursing home residents and their families. Connect active retirees with volunteer jobs at nonprofit agencies and with employment opportunities. Serve as companions and guardians to elderly needing extra assistance. Educate the community on issues affecting older adults. Sponsor foster grandparents who nurture troubled, disabled and hospitalized children. Match elementary school children with older adults who serve as positive role models. For more than 40 years, we’ve been The Senior Source because we’re a major community agency in Dallas exclusively serving older adults.
