Many
individuals are in the unfamiliar position of caring for aging loved
ones or addressing their own aging needs. Eldercare Specialists
listen, provide information, and help resolve problems and plan
for the future. Corporate, religious, and community groups benefit
through programs on caring for older parents, lifestyle options,
and community resources.
The Senior
Prescription Assistance Program is a part of the Elder Support Program.
What the Elder Support Program offers
Our Eldercare Specialists help older adults and their caregivers make thoughtful, informed decisions. Eldercare Specialists assist individuals and caregivers in dealing with the complex emotional issues involved with the process of aging. When concerns arise, the Elder Support Program can help deal with short-term problems and find long-term solutions.
